Life is hard and sometimes it only seems to get harder.
Maybe you feel stuck and can't see a way forward. Maybe you've been through something you've never felt able to talk about. Perhaps you find yourself struggling in relationships or feeling disconnected from other people, and from yourself.
Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to make sense of it alone.
Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you. It's about making sense of your experience: understanding how you came to be where you are, recognising what you need, and discovering that you have more freedom and choice than you may realise.
My name is Christian and I'm here to help you navigate that complexity and find a way forward that feels hopeful, achievable and your own.
Why Therapy?
Therapy creates a unique space where you can speak openly about all the things that may have been difficult to say anywhere else.
Having the time and attention to think carefully about your experience can often reveal insights about patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that are hard to see on your own. Change comes from being able to recognise these and from exploring them, at your own pace. And sometimes you just need someone to help you get there.
My approach is gentle and collaborative, with an understanding for the real-world conditions we live in. Rather than offering quick-fix advice, I work alongside you to understand what's happening beneath the surface for lasting change.
Over time, you can explore your challenges, obtain clarity and move towards positive change and growth.
